Mississippi Statewide Network of Care Platform to Expand Behavioral Health Access

10/30/2025
Network of Care

The website — available now at https://mentalhealth.networkofcare.org/Mississippi — serves as a comprehensive online hub for residents, providers, and policymakers to access behavioral health resources, treatment options, and community supports across every county and region of the state. In addition to the statewide platform, this initiative includes 12 regional Network of Care sites in association with Mississippi’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). These regional sites ensure that information, programs, and resources remain locally relevant while seamlessly integrated into the statewide system, connecting local expertise to a shared infrastructure of care and coordination.

The Mississippi Network of Care unifies trusted information, local data, and intelligent navigation into one easy-to-use system. Key features include:

  • Comprehensive Turn-key Service Directories: Listings for mental health, substance use, and disability services in every county.
  • AI-Powered Navigation: A built-in AI Navigator that guides users to the most relevant services based on personal needs or assessment results.
  • Wellness & Recovery Tools: Evidence-based self-assessments and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
  • Community Engagement: Each regional site can share local events, announcements, and innovations.

This platform turns information into connection,” said Afshin Khosravi, Co-Founder and CEO of Trilogy Integrated Resources. “By combining local expertise with intelligent digital navigation, Mississippi is setting a new national standard for how states connect residents to behavioral health and community care.”
