MOSHE TOREM, M.D. Moshe Torem, M.D. is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at the Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine, and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Akron General Medical Center, in Akron, Ohio.  A graduate of the Hebrew University School of Medicine in Jerusalem, Israel, later Dr. Torem spent five years as Director of Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
