Author Bio
SANDRA NYE, JD, MSW - Sandra Nye is an attorney and former practicing social worker who concentrates on law related to health, mental health and social service delivery. With her special background in mental health, she is the first person called whenever clinicians find themselves in any trouble or even have a question about potential trouble. A graduate of the University of Chicago, she received her law degree from DePaul University and her MSW from Loyola University School of Social Work in Chicago. She has taught at the University of Illinois, Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine in Chicago, Northwestern Medical School and the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration, as well as being a highly sought after lecturer, writer and consultant.
