Author Bio
Margot Escott, LCSW, is a clinical social worker with twenty-five years of experience in various settings including working as a general medical social worker, working in dialysis, in adoption and in hospice. In addition to her private practice, she is a recognized national speaker on topics ranging from DMS4 at the movies to medical errors and end of life issues.  She has been presenting medical errors workshops and courses in Florida and Ohio and has published numerous articles on therapeutic humor, addition recovery and cinema therapy. She received the Social Worker of the Year award from the Collier Country, Florida NASW chapter and from the Southwest Florida, NASW chapter.
