Author Bio
Nancy Smith LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and a professionally trained couples, family and group therapist. 

She is a graduate of Smith College School of Social Work and completed the advanced family therapy course at the Family Institute of Chicago. 

As executive director of the Cathedral Counseling Center in Chicago, she designed, developed and directed a co-dependence treatment program. 

She specializes in work with ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) issues, eating disorders, sexual abuse and other issues related to growing up in a dysfunctional family.
